From the South

SR 11 North to interstate 680 South, toward Youngstown, exit off of I-680 on to Market St. North, "Market St.-Downtown Exit". Follow Market St. North to the fourth traffic signal and turn left on to Commerce St., go 2 1/2 blocks to the George V. Voinovich Government Center located on the left. This will be the back of the building with a public parking lot located adjacent to the building. Entrance to the building is at the front of Federal Plaza.

SR 11 south, merge onto OH-711 south toward Youngstown.  Follow OH-711 south to interstate 680 south towards Pittsburgh.  Take Exit 5 toward Glenwood Ave/Mahoning Ave.  Turn right onto Edwards St, go under overpass.  At the light, turn right onto Mahoning Ave.  Follow Mahoning Ave across bridge, then turn right at light onto Federal Plaza W, go 1 ½ blocks to front of George Voinovich Government Center located on the left.  (Parking for this building is located in the back of the building adjacent to the building)  Entrance to the building is at the front of Federal Plaza.

Interstate 76 East to Interstate I-680 south, toward Youngstown, Exit off of I-680 on to Market St. North, Market St. - Downtown Exit. Follow Market St. North to the fourth traffic signal and turn left on to Commerce St., go 2 1/2 blocks to the George V. Voinovich Government Center located on the left. This will be the back of the building with a public parking lot located adjacent to the building. Entrance to the building is at the front of Federal Plaza.

Interstate I-680 North to South Ave. Exit, turn right at traffic signal at end of exit ramp, follow South Ave. towards downtown. (South Ave. becomes Commerce St. after the 6th traffic light and where the Rd. bears to the left.)  After the bend onto Commerce St., travel 5 1/2 blocks to the George V. Voinovich Government Center located on the left. This will be the back of the building with a public parking lot located adjacent to the building. Entrance to the building is at the front of Federal Plaza.

There are seven Bureau of Motor Vehicles field operation offices where reinstatement fees can be paid. These centers are located close by to either a Deputy Registrar Office, a Driver License Exam Station, or a Clerk of Courts Auto Title Office.
