Any resident of Ohio who holds an
un-revoked and unexpired official radio broadcasting station or commercial
television broadcasting station license issued by the FCC, may apply for
these plates. |

Registrant Eligibility:

A copy of the current FCC license
that shows the broadcasting company's call sign. |
|
Title Requirements: |
Ohio Certificate of Title issued
in company's name, or vehicle leased by company. |
|
Vehicle Information: |
These plates may be issued to
passenger vehicles, commercial trucks and motor homes and house vehicles.
Body type on title or registration card will determine fees.

Type of Plates: |
Manufactured plates inscribed
with the official call letters of the radio or TV station only.
|
|
Issuance Information: |
Plates must be obtained through
the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Columbus. These plates cannot be issued by a
deputy registrar agency. |

Cost: |
There is an annual fee for
Commercial Radio/TV plates of $10.00, in addition to normal registration
fees. The fee is determined by Ohio Revised Code section 4503.14
