Ohio Revised Code Section 4510.71Cause
An out-of-state court informs the Ohio BMV that there is an outstanding traffic ticket against the Ohio driver.
Indefinite suspension until requirements are met. .
Person may request an administrative hearing by writing to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) within 30 days from the date of the notice. The hearing request does stay the suspension. The scope of the hearing will be to determine if subject was the one issued the citation in said state.
