Cause
The Child Support Enforcement Agency
has ordered a driver license suspension as a result of a default on a child
support order, or the person has failed to comply with a warrant or subpoena
regarding child support issues.
Length of Suspension
Indefinite, until compliance.
Appeal Procedure
None.
Limited Driving Privileges:
None.
Reinstatement
Requirements:
Must contact the Child Support Enforcement Agency and satisfy their
reinstatement requirements. The Child Support Enforcement Agency will then
notify the BMV to release the suspension. A $25 reinstatement fee is also
required to be paid to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
