1. Shorten the wait in line, while at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Public Service Area (PSA), 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, and place an order by Fax-N-Go.

2. Orders received a day in advance will be available for pick-up the next business day.

3. To check the status of a Fax-N-Go order, call Dealer Licensing at (614) 752-7636.

4. Form BMV 4381 - Ohio Temporary Tag / Sticker Request, available for either viewing or printing.

1. Access the Website www.OhioAutoDealers.com and click on Online Services or Dealer Temporary Tags and then Report, Order, Void Tags Electronically to access the Dealer Licensing System.

2. Enter your USERID.  Your USERID is your dealer permit number.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click on the GO TO MENU button.

5. Enter all order information.

6. When order information is completed, click SUBMIT ORDER TO BMV.

7. The order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  Orders submitted on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

8. Pay for your order with an electronic check.

Orders may be brought into the Bureau and the order will be processed and filled while you wait.

1. Simply present a completed Temporary Tag Request Form BMV 4381 with payment to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Public Service Area (PSA), 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.

1. Mail a completed Temporary Tag Request Form BMV 4381 with payment to the Ohio Bureau of Motor vehicles, Attn: Temporary Tag Unit, PO Box 16521, Columbus, Ohio, 43266-0021.

2. Tags will be delivered within three (3) weeks. All orders are shipped by regular UPS to the licensed dealership address.
